My friend mentioned about watching this in cinema last week so I thought I should check out the trailer. I have watched the first 3 movies so perhaps I could give this one a chance one of these days.

Here is the storyline:

When human forces discover the existence of the Vampire and Lycan clans, a war to eradicate both species commences. The vampire warrioress Selene leads the battle against humankind.

Set in Mississippi during the 1960s, Skeeter (Emma Stone) is a southern society girl who returns from college determined to become a writer, but turns her friends’ lives – and a Mississippi town – upside down when she decides to interview the black women who have spent their lives taking care of prominent southern families.

Aibileen (Viola Davis), Skeeter’s best friend’s housekeeper, is the first to open up – to the dismay of her friends in the tight-knit black community. Despite Skeeter’s life-long friendships hanging in the balance, she and Aibileen continue their collaboration and soon more women come forward to tell their stories – and as it turns out, they have a lot to say.

Along the way, unlikely friendships are forged and a new sisterhood emerges, but not before everyone in town has a thing or two to say themselves when they become unwittingly – and unwillingly – caught up in the changing times.

The last book in the Twilight saga has been made into 2-part movies. The first part is when Edward and Bella finally get married and go on honeymoon. However their newly married life has turned into disaster as Bella got pregnant and the baby is killing her from inside out.

As if that’s the only problem, they have a bigger threat as The Quileute’s Wolf Pack close in on the expecting family believing that the unborn child poses a threat to the people of Forks.

But don’t worry, it’s a happy ending.

I finally get to watch the movie last night. Life is the most spectacular show on earth…that’s the tagline and I agree with that.

The movie is based on a historical novel by Sara Gruen of the same title.

It’s been a while since I have time to actually enjoy a good movie. My friends have been mentioning about this movie Dear John. I know it is based on novel by Nicholas Sparks by the same title.

Somehow I managed to watch it last week, although not from the beginning. Oh, the ending in the movie is not the same as in the novel, mind you since as most of Sparks’ books, the ending is always sad..sorry for the spoiler!

Special Forces Army Sergeant John Tyree (Channing Tatum) is home on a two-week leave from Germany. He meets Savannah Curtis (Amanda Seyfried) after he dives into the ocean to retrieve Savannah’s purse that had fallen off the pier. John is smitten by Savannah and falls in love at first sight.

Savannah is a college student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is on spring break and is helping build a house for Habitat for Humanity. John joins in with Savannah to help build the house. Along the way a budding romance occurs, and Savannah falls deeply in love with John.

BTW, for those who love Amanda Seyfried and Channing Tatum, they are such a great pair in the movie

I think most people have watched the movie, but I am yet to find the time to do so. But I’ve bought the book and read the first part of her journey in Italy. Some people hate the book, I am too. Not hating the way the book is written, but the whole idea of running away from marriage, from work and find something which you think will bring you happiness..sigh!

I just found out that the official trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean 4 On Stranger Tides has been released.

Lucy and Edmund Pevensie return to Narnia with their cousin Eustace where they meet up with Prince Caspian for a trip across the sea aboard the royal ship The Dawn Treader. Along the way they encounter dragons, dwarves, merfolk, and a band of lost warriors before reaching the edge of the world.

I can’t wait to watch this movie. It is coming soon to the theaters December 9.

I already bought the DVD but yet to find the time to watch this movie. Hopefully it will be worth my time.

I finally get to watch this movie. Perhaps I need to watch it again as I watched it during my son’s nap time and couldn’t get the TV volume up. Most of the time I have to understand the plot by reading the subtitle..huhu!

I already forgot what the book is all about, have been reading it while going through a sleep-deprived period after my son was born..huhu! Will really have to refresh my reading one of these days, otherwise I will be lost when watching the movie. I am not sure how long the Part 1 of the movie will be, but one thing for sure, I won’t be able to watch it on cinema (this year), unless Malaysia comes out with the concept of child friendly cinema in the future.

I hope by the time the Part 2 of the movie comes out in 2011, my spirited son will be big enough and wiser to understand the ethical aspect of watching movie on big screen..heh!

I just found out today that the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I is scheduled for a release on November 19, 2010. There will be a part 2 later in another movie scheduled to be released in 2011.

I can’t wait to watch this movie as I have read the book. I wonder at which scene will they end for this Part I. Perhaps it’s about time that I re-read the book to refresh my memory..hehe!

I finally got to watch this movie after watching the trailer. If you are a fan of Bruce Willis and a sci-fi movie buff, you might love this movie.

I finally got to watch it last weekend while my son was napping. The DVD quality was not very clear so many important dialogues were lost. But it was a good movie, give me something to think about if the apocalypse is really happening soon..huhu!

I am not really into war movie, but I watch almost all movies with Tom Cruise in it..heh!

Found this on Apple website. I have been waiting for this movie of Harry Potter since last year, which was planned to come out in November initially. Hopefully there won’t be any delay or change of date this time. I have read the book – Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and can’t wait to see the real action on screen.
