A friend told me he has around 1Terabyte of data which he collected for the past 6 years. That excluded those data which he has burned on DVD and CD.

And it makes me wonder how much the data in the PC is actually equivalent to.

At that time, when I started to blog, it was merely for sharing my thoughts and view on life with others who like to read. But now people start to blog for different reasons.

And whether you want to admit it unashamedly, it is mainly for money.

I don’t mind having more people in this world with more money in their bank accounts (my mantra in finance, having less money in the pocket makes people become more evil and mean in life) but I just can’t stand it when people fool themselves acting genius when in reality they know nothing about it, and yet they pretend like they know it all.

It’s like entertaining a cocky guy during your most boring party time. Irritating, yes but luckily with blogs you can click the X button and go somewhere else..haha!

If you want to be a better blogger, be humble and learn everyday. The more you learn the more you realize that what you do know is like a ripple in the ocean.

So I decided to choose how to play (or in my case what it takes to understand) roulette.

I google and found few good websites. This one has a lengthy explanation of roulette rules.

Now I feel like going back to college to read all these different bets and strategies they have in the game. (At this point, I almost gave up on my attempt to learn)

Then there is one website which looks more encouraging.

They have something like interactive roulette practice mode for all to try.

Maybe I will give it a try but then I still need to learn about the rules, right!

Give me a week or two, by then I should be able to understand how this game is played..haha!

Oh, I found another site about roulette.

It is said in the website that roulette is one of the easiest games to play and understand in the casino. (Now this one sounds like challenging my understanding capability..why do I find it not easy? huhuhu!)

Maybe this is just not for me, I will look for something else.

I’ve been reading an article titled So You Think Your Data Is Secured? on ComputerWorld.com and I find it amusing.

Just imagine how happy the competitor company to receive such confidential info on new products to be launched just because the email was not encrypted or worse the devil work of art from your unhappy employee.

You never know what a grudge could do to a person’s work ethics.

If you have been reading blogs for some times, you must have heard about RSS and bookmark. Whether it is a social bookmark or online bookmark, you must have come across it somehow.

So when I found about BookmarkAll.com, I am very happy to find all the topics that I like under one roof.

Instead of looking and googling all the way searching for new blogs to read, now my blogging life could not be more easier than this, having to go to just one site.

You can browse by users as well as by public topics.

For example, I browse under food and found great range of funky food blogs.

The additional feature I like is that when you hover your mouse to the URL, sometimes there will be screen capture of the blogs.

It’s like you can have a look and decide whether this is the blog you would want to hop onto next..haha!

So even when you are away from your computer, you wouldn’t have to miss reading your favorite RSS topics.

Some people think it’s an evil thing to make money but hey, all the journalist, columnist and writers make money from their writing.

Personally, I don’t really think it’s evil to expect money to come from something you would love to do even if you are not paid to do it.
