Have you ever been in a situation where you need urgent cash but your payday is still way head and you have no other source of money? Perhaps this no fax payday loans could be the answer to your financial crisis.

However as stated in their website, getting this payday loan is not a tool for you to support yourself financially from one payday to another. All the payday cash advance loan is a short-term answer to an immediate cash need. If you use it repeatedly, sooner or later you will be creating a massive problem as the fees imposed are escalating and to a certain extent can be more than the actual amount that you borrow.

For example you might realize that there is shortage in the amount of money in your saving/current account, but you have some auto debit due or check going out, so in order to avoid the bounced-check fees and late payment penalties, you can apply for the overnight loan. Usually the amount is small from a few hundreds to $1500 maximum. There is no need to fax any documents to the company, hence the name no fax payday loan.

As long as you currently have a job or receive regular income and make at least $1000 per month, the approval could be as fast as few hours after application. The money will be deposited into your account and you can use it the very next day. Please bear in mind that you should be able to pay the loan back when you receive your next paycheck. The standard time for loan repayment is usually no less than seven days and no longer than eighteen days. The longer you extend the repayment time, the more fees imposed on the amount.

In a way, getting this kind of loan is like borrowing some money from your mom next door, minus the nagging and extra lecture on how you should manage your monthly budget..heh!

I was on the road the other day when a minor accident happened. Although no major damage inflicted on my car, the other two drivers behind me were scratching their head looking at the wreck.

Unfortunately the lady driver did not have insurance as she bought the car without changing the name from the previous owner and the car was not insured under her name.

I decided not to press the claim on the lady as I know that the paint job could be very much a hassle (the workshop could be far from where I live and I don’t have a second car), plus I can still drive the car so I thought I might as well repair the damage some other time (on my own)..huhu!

Well, that’s one lesson of the day if you were to buy a car anytime. Even when you are not a reckless driver, accident does happen at the time you least expect it to be.

Do your homework on the different auto insurance quotes in the market as each will give different coverage.

You might want auto insurance that covers collision, bodily injury, property damage, personal injury protection, uninsured coverage and comprehensive. Of course if you have bad driving record, the higher premium you will have to pay. Some people seem to be very accident prone, so perhaps you should consider having more than the average coverage.

With comprehensive coverage, it will cover anything else that can happen to your car outside of a collision, such as theft, fire or vandalism. I have a friend who just bought a new car, drove the car to visit his brother’s house and found the car stolen the next day. Lucky for him it has comprehensive coverage.

To all young people out there who are thinking of buying your own car, note that buying a car is not merely a key for a joyride, it’s the next step for you to handle a bigger responsibility. Make sure your car is insured for the peace of your mind and other people on the road.

Sometimes just as we thought the pay will stretch until the next payday, something unexpected happens and we need extra cash to cover up the expenses, be it illness, accident or family emergency. Getting cash advance is certainly an option but sometimes with all the procedures and long waiting period to get the cash, we just need to find a faster alternative.

Now more people are into getting payday loan online. With no credit checks and less hassle to go through, it is such a convenient to apply from the comfort of one’s home. With online application from certain lenders, you don’t even have to fax anything for the loan application.

Of course you have to be aware about the loan fee imposed, so be sure that you are able to pay it on time by your next payday date. Usually the loan amount plus the stated interest is automatically deducted from your checking account on your next payday, so it shouldn’t be a problem to pay back the loan you applied for in the first place.

If you receive a regular income $1000/month if employed or get $800/month from any kind of fixed income, with bank account that has direct deposit capability, then it will be easy to get your application approved. The next thing you know, the money you apply for is in your account overnight and ready to be used in time of need.

Time flies really quickly this year, and as much as I procrastinate and try to slow things down a bit, it’s one day to the end of 2007.

As usual with the new year ushering in, people will start asking, what’s your new year resolution? Some people would like to lose weight, change to a newer and better car, getting married, have children perhaps.

Mine would be to reduce my debt as much as possible by any means including the option such as debt consolidation or refinancing. Just as the website mentions, no debt is created equal therefore I need to get to know what kind of debt I have tangled myself into and what is the best solution to get out of it. And I totally agree with what they are saying : The longer you stay in debt the more debt you will acquire. Yes, who can deny the rising effect of the finance charges and the imposed amount of late payment charges.

I envy those with debt-free living. Sometimes when I look at the amount of paycheck every month, I wish that 80% of it shouldn’t go to paying off debt but what to do, things are already done and messed up and now I must take the consequences.

Oh, I have to promise myself that as long I am still in debt, I shouldn’t add on additional debt into that list of things to be paid. Whatever major buying decisions have to be put off until I get through my 2008 resolution first!

I am one of the people who can’t resist impulse buying. Especially if it’s in a bookstore.

Next time when I see a good book is on discounted price, I will make sure that I have finished reading the last book at home before I pick that new one. Or whenever I feel tempted to order the new craft supplies from eBay sellers, I will make sure that I at least have used the last pieces of scrapbooking papers or ribbons from the packaging I bought last month.

I know it’s not easy to resist all the good buying, but what good will it be if the packaging has never been opened or worse used in my craft adventure..huhu!

If you are graduates, college students or parents with PLUS loans, this is you chance to lessen the burden of the repayment every month. Consider Student Loan Consolidation program.

With this Student Loan Consolidation program, you can lower your repayment amount every month and help to gain extra cash into your pocket. Plus with the fixed interest rate, you can get more extension time to pay back your student loan, giving you some space to breathe and catch up with your life’s financial situation. By consolidating the multiple loans, you could lower monthly payments by as much as 60 percent which means more flexibility to move forward in life – getting a car, buy a house, start a family.

In the meantime if you feel like furthering your studies but short on cash to pay for the tuition fees and living cost as student, try to obtain Private Students Loans to help finance your ambition. Since sometimes federal aid could not cover the total cost of your education, getting a private loan is the way to go. Plus their borrowing limits are more generous and you can defer the principal and interest payment while you are still in school.

There is a way out of every problem, it’s just getting to know which side to view is a crucial process.

To own a house is like my ultimate goal for the next 5 years. It symbolizes my independence to get a place to call my own, a home to go back after a long day at work, a safe place that embodies all the dream and hope.

But in reality owning a house costs a lot of money which I’m sure I will be unable to get with just some cash I have in hand. (Unless I suddenly get a windfall of money inherited from some dead relative or win a one million dollar cash contest..haha!) Therefore in order to get a house to call my home, I need to consider taking mortgage loan for the next 15-30 years.

After browsing the Internet searching about info on mortgage, I found a site, Mortgage-Mart.com. I read through their pages and I learned new things like the Fixed Rate and Adjustable Rate Mortgage. For those in the US maybe terms like Private Mortgage Insurance-PMI, Discount Points and FHA Loan will be applicable when you are looking for home loan quote.

Mortgage-Mart.com will help you find the very best mortgage that suits your needs and finances. They are a lending referral service which means that they don’t offer you mortgage services but will refer you to mortgage company that will work best for you. The next step for you to do is to apply the mortgage straight with the company referred by Mortgage-Mart.com and hopefully your journey to own your dream house will come through soon enough.

Then it became a nightmare to see a big chunk of my hard earned money went to pay the minimum while I continually used the card for groceries, petrol, dining out and the lists of endless life luxury. The bitter part was when I got credit limit increment. I was torn whether to spend more and suffer later or just ignore the increment altogether. That could only last for few weeks then the shopping spree began. If only I have a stronger will to banish the temptation to shop.

Now I have about 6 credit cards with different credit limit but the same interest rate. Some times I wish I don’t have that many credit cards, but at times when you need to splurge on retail therapy or in need of instant money, those cards are like little blessing from heaven’s bank.

Now I wonder how would my free credit report will look like..huhu!

If you are looking for tips, idea, suggestion and advice when it comes to debt, mortgage, investment and any financial related situation, check out this financial services forum.

I have checked some of their forum threads and found the advice shared very useful. It actually really helps when you are in such a terrible situation thinking about debt and financial worries that you find some place where every one else seems to understand the feeling. It’s like a therapy and even as a mind and eye opener to see that at least there are different ways to tackle the situation.

It could also mean that despite your bad situation, there are people out there with worse condition than yours which make you think I should be grateful and not lose hope to settle this financial problems.

If you are not having financial worries but looking for ways to invest and save your money, check also their threads on insurance and investment. One good place to check is on the retirement plan. If you are in your early stage of career life, it is good that you foresee what it will be like in 25-30 years of your employment so that you could lead a happy and stable life after you finally retire.

When you are broke everything seems to be precious. Those small change that means nothing all these while could make for a day lunch if you count every single cent of it to make a dollar.

It’s a wonder what a mind can think out of the box when the need calls for it.

I found a great article on how a woman survive on very little money, while juggling her single life and going back to college experience. Check it out at Surviving (and thriving) on $12,000 a year.

There is also another useful article on spending, saving and debt here : The best financial advice ever. I am still digesting the second page of the article and trying to check what did I go wrong and hopefully I would able to go back on track of this financial trail.

Telling a shopaholic not to buy anything would be like telling a smoker you can’t smoke all day long..understand the agony? Well, if you are trying to get over your shopping addiction, this is your chance to read a good article which I think make sense on how to buy nothing..huhuhuhu! (I’m crying for myself and for the rest of shopping maniac out there)

I totally agree with this tips.

Pay cash. Studies show the average person spends less when paying with cash and much more when paying with credit, possibly because when you use a credit card it feels as though you are not parting with “real” money.

That’s what I do these days, and I tell you it really hurts. But the satisfaction comes when the credit card statement comes with no spending for the month.

Maybe for that I could reward myself for a small shopping spree..haha!

I was searching for something valuable to learn today when I realize I have problem with my shopping habit. Everytime I go out and come back with nothing, I feel like a lump of emptiness around me…haha!

So I thought maybe I am addicted to buying. So I found this great article on how to save money.

The part that I like and would like to implement in my next shopping trip is this:

When window shopping, learn how to talk yourself out of buying. Nitpick and scrutinize to get past your first impression of a tempting item. In very tempting situations, give it a whole day to think on. Most desires will fade in attraction when you’re not under pressure.

Hopefully I will not crack under pressure..haha!

As I am calculating my money in the jar..(haha) and pondering on what to pay and how I’m going to spend the leftover money (do I ever think of saving some for rainy day?huhu)..I think that most of the time we spend most of our budget on the food.

I read a post on Survey: How Much Do You Spend on Food? and realized that if only we do not eat (which is impossible) we wouldn’t have to work so hard to earn a lot in life.

Roughly most people spend quite a lot especially if you dine out all the time (which is common for working couples). I have done my share of cooking and I noticed during the month that I minimize dining out, we tend to have extra budget compared to when we go out for the main 3 meals.

How about you? Do you ever calculate how much you spend on food or you just dump everything in the trolley as you walk down the aisle of food and groceries and later simply swipe the plastic money at the cashier?

I have been having a good look on my personal finance, and I honestly think that I should start saving..haha! Yes, that’s right.

Every time I earn some money through some unexpected projects and freelance job, I would think to myself that I should take about 10% of it and put into saving and yet I fail to do so, every time.

There will always be things to buy, bills to pay, even when the money is yet in the account.

Why does it hurt and feel so hard to save?

I really should make it a habit to save at least $1 from the pile of money. Who knows how much I could really save in a month or in a year.

Maybe that’s why when you were small, people always give you piggy bank and coin box as birthday gift and from what I could remember I always take out the coins out after like few hours I put them in..haha!

I am reading this article on 50 ways to save money now. I hope I can learn a bit or two new knowledge and really practise it in my life, hopefully!

I found new info today. Quoting from an article Saving For A Home, home loans are also called “mortgages,” which comes from a Latin phrase meaning “pledge unto death.”

That’s sound scary! No wonder people are having such a hard time paying their mortgage. The word itself brings such a brutal connotation. From now on, I will stop using word mortgage and change to home loan instead.

Well, if you are planning to own a home, start planning by now. There is a tip I read somewhere that says if once you have graduated and start working, try to save $10 a day and put it aside in your home account.

I’ve also read one good article on How To Save For Your Own House – A Few Tips. It’s really an eye opener and make me realize that there’s a lot more to think about than just following the crowds.

It’s easy for people to ask, “When are you going to buy your own house?” Next time I will reply back to them, “Are you going to help me pay the loan every month? huh!

If you have credit cards, you have to be aware of the increasing number of e-crime. People have been reported to be victims of credit card fraud and identity theft.

So what can you do to avoid being a victim?

I found few good websites that share info about identity theft and fraud. Do you know that many careless acts that we thought are harmless can give opportunity for these kind of criminals to commit fraud and identity theft.

Next time when you are doing spring cleaning, make sure you burn all the credit cards statement and receipts in the fireplace rather than dumping them in the garbage cans. Those copies of your checks, credit card or bank statements can make it easier for the criminals to get control over accounts in your name and assume your identity.

There are also few simple steps that you can take to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of identity theft. Next time when you go shopping, take the credit card receipts and keep them in your wallet. Tossing them in public thrash bin could make you a potential victim.

I noticed everytime I went out during weekend, I tend to spend more than a week of my household groceries bills…huhu! What is wrong with me?

Last night I spent about a week of groceries budget on a two person Indian food dining experience. Of course it was a posh and classy restaurant, but hey, am I not on frugal living resolution now?

So in the attempt to get back on track, I search about how to save more on household budget. Since I still love to dine out once a month (this month I burst the bubble since I ate out twice in a week), I think having some saving tips on eating out will be good too.

I’ll be back on track to cooking home cooked meals during weekdays so a great grocery shopping guides will be helpful. Tips like cooking based on less than 5 ingredients is really make sense (I’ve been doing that) and remember not to shop when you are starving as you tend to splurge on impulse buying.

Hope I would be able to save more in April!

The news of a friend passing away on Monday opened my eyes that life can be very short and unexpected turn of fate might leave a big hole in life. I was wondering if the same thing were to happen to me, what would I do to continue my life.

As an unemployed woman, I live my life on my other half’s earnings and if such thing happens will I be able to survive with whatever money and little savings we have at the moment. I know I can always go back to work again but with all the expenses and debt, it would be a hard time for me to start over.

I have read and heard about life insurance but I never realized how it could be handy in harsh time like that. I searched around and found the basics and differences of life insurance policies. After reading the article, now I understand the difference of term life insurance and whole life insurance.

Personally I think if you care about your loved ones get a Life Insurance Quotes now, and get a good life insurance policy. It’s the best safety net you could provide for them in case unfortunate events struck your life.

For those residing in New Jersey and Washington, there are good deals to consider too. Get your free insurance quote today to receive the lowest possible insurance rates!

This headline caught my eyes: Personal Loans Better Than Credit Cards. How is that so? I think it hits me right on the nose. Thinking back, how many times I have splurged on massive “savings” when I bought items during mega sales using my credit cards, only to realize that the interest charged on the accumulated total is way above the actual item’s price before sales..huhu!

I should have known better..sob! Well now that I know (I knew about it, but sometimes the lure of those colorful discount tags blind my judgment), I will be more cautious about my spending habit.

If you are planning to renovate your home, consider taking Secured Loans to cover the renovation expenses. Quoted from the main page,

“Secured are perfect for homeowners, the risk to the lender is less hence the interest rates will be less. The main reason to take out a secure loan would be to make improvements on your home, this would increase your homes value to offset the increased debt.”

This makes sense. Not only you will have a nicer and bigger kitchen, you will increase the market value of your well-renovated home too. I will consider this.

What about additional perks when you apply for car loans? Not only you get to drive your brand new car, you also get free Green Flag Roadside Assistance plus homecare for the lifetime of your loan, and you’ll be entitled to a massive package of lifestyle benefits.

If you have been planning to further studies to graduate or doctorate level, consider personal loans as option to pay for better qualification. Life long learning is an ultimate investment you can make for yourself. Think about it!
