In Need Of Overnight Loan?

Have you ever been in a situation where you need urgent cash but your payday is still way head and you have no other source of money? Perhaps this no fax payday loans could be the answer to your financial crisis.

However as stated in their website, getting this payday loan is not a tool for you to support yourself financially from one payday to another. All the payday cash advance loan is a short-term answer to an immediate cash need. If you use it repeatedly, sooner or later you will be creating a massive problem as the fees imposed are escalating and to a certain extent can be more than the actual amount that you borrow.

For example you might realize that there is shortage in the amount of money in your saving/current account, but you have some auto debit due or check going out, so in order to avoid the bounced-check fees and late payment penalties, you can apply for the overnight loan. Usually the amount is small from a few hundreds to $1500 maximum. There is no need to fax any documents to the company, hence the name no fax payday loan.

As long as you currently have a job or receive regular income and make at least $1000 per month, the approval could be as fast as few hours after application. The money will be deposited into your account and you can use it the very next day. Please bear in mind that you should be able to pay the loan back when you receive your next paycheck. The standard time for loan repayment is usually no less than seven days and no longer than eighteen days. The longer you extend the repayment time, the more fees imposed on the amount.

In a way, getting this kind of loan is like borrowing some money from your mom next door, minus the nagging and extra lecture on how you should manage your monthly budget..heh!

Driving An Uninsured Car?

I was on the road the other day when a minor accident happened. Although no major damage inflicted on my car, the other two drivers behind me were scratching their head looking at the wreck.

Unfortunately the lady driver did not have insurance as she bought the car without changing the name from the previous owner and the car was not insured under her name.

I decided not to press the claim on the lady as I know that the paint job could be very much a hassle (the workshop could be far from where I live and I don’t have a second car), plus I can still drive the car so I thought I might as well repair the damage some other time (on my own)..huhu!

Well, that’s one lesson of the day if you were to buy a car anytime. Even when you are not a reckless driver, accident does happen at the time you least expect it to be.

Do your homework on the different auto insurance quotes in the market as each will give different coverage.

You might want auto insurance that covers collision, bodily injury, property damage, personal injury protection, uninsured coverage and comprehensive. Of course if you have bad driving record, the higher premium you will have to pay. Some people seem to be very accident prone, so perhaps you should consider having more than the average coverage.

With comprehensive coverage, it will cover anything else that can happen to your car outside of a collision, such as theft, fire or vandalism. I have a friend who just bought a new car, drove the car to visit his brother’s house and found the car stolen the next day. Lucky for him it has comprehensive coverage.

To all young people out there who are thinking of buying your own car, note that buying a car is not merely a key for a joyride, it’s the next step for you to handle a bigger responsibility. Make sure your car is insured for the peace of your mind and other people on the road.

Who Need Fast Cash?

Sometimes just as we thought the pay will stretch until the next payday, something unexpected happens and we need extra cash to cover up the expenses, be it illness, accident or family emergency. Getting cash advance is certainly an option but sometimes with all the procedures and long waiting period to get the cash, we just need to find a faster alternative.

Now more people are into getting payday loan online. With no credit checks and less hassle to go through, it is such a convenient to apply from the comfort of one’s home. With online application from certain lenders, you don’t even have to fax anything for the loan application.

Of course you have to be aware about the loan fee imposed, so be sure that you are able to pay it on time by your next payday date. Usually the loan amount plus the stated interest is automatically deducted from your checking account on your next payday, so it shouldn’t be a problem to pay back the loan you applied for in the first place.

If you receive a regular income $1000/month if employed or get $800/month from any kind of fixed income, with bank account that has direct deposit capability, then it will be easy to get your application approved. The next thing you know, the money you apply for is in your account overnight and ready to be used in time of need.

No Debt Is Equal

Time flies really quickly this year, and as much as I procrastinate and try to slow things down a bit, it’s one day to the end of 2007.

As usual with the new year ushering in, people will start asking, what’s your new year resolution? Some people would like to lose weight, change to a newer and better car, getting married, have children perhaps.

Mine would be to reduce my debt as much as possible by any means including the option such as debt consolidation or refinancing. Just as the website mentions, no debt is created equal therefore I need to get to know what kind of debt I have tangled myself into and what is the best solution to get out of it. And I totally agree with what they are saying : The longer you stay in debt the more debt you will acquire. Yes, who can deny the rising effect of the finance charges and the imposed amount of late payment charges.

I envy those with debt-free living. Sometimes when I look at the amount of paycheck every month, I wish that 80% of it shouldn’t go to paying off debt but what to do, things are already done and messed up and now I must take the consequences.

Oh, I have to promise myself that as long I am still in debt, I shouldn’t add on additional debt into that list of things to be paid. Whatever major buying decisions have to be put off until I get through my 2008 resolution first!

Should I Buy It?

Today I stumbled upon a blog named Daily Cents. There is one entry titled Removing the temptation to impulse shop that I find really struck the chord. I am one of the people who can’t resist impulse buying. Especially if it’s in a bookstore.

Next time when I see a good book is on discounted price, I will make sure that I have finished reading the last book at home before I pick that new one. Or whenever I feel tempted to order the new craft supplies from eBay sellers, I will make sure that I at least have used the last pieces of scrapbooking papers or ribbons from the packaging I bought last month.

I know it’s not easy to resist all the good buying, but what good will it be if the packaging has never been opened or worse used in my craft adventure..huhu!

The Way Out From Student Loans Problem

If you are graduates, college students or parents with PLUS loans, this is you chance to lessen the burden of the repayment every month. Consider Student Loan Consolidation program.

With this Student Loan Consolidation program, you can lower your repayment amount every month and help to gain extra cash into your pocket. By consolidating the multiple loans, you could lower monthly payments by as much as 60 percent which means more flexibility to move forward in life - getting a car, buy a house, start a family.

In the meantime if you feel like furthering your studies but short on cash to pay for the tuition fees and living cost as student, try to obtain Private Students Loans to help finance your ambition. Need A Right Mortgage?

hands-and-house.jpg

To own a house is like my ultimate goal for the next 5 years. It symbolizes my independence to get a place to call my own, a home to go back after a long day at work, a safe place that embodies all the dream and hope.

But in reality owning a house costs a lot of money which I’m sure I will be unable to get with just some cash I have in hand. (Unless I suddenly get a windfall of money inherited from some dead relative or win a one million dollar cash contest..haha!) Therefore in order to get a house to call my home, I need to consider taking mortgage loan for the next 15-30 years.

After browsing the Internet searching about info on mortgage, I found a site, Mortgage-Mart.com. I read through their pages and I learned new things like the Fixed Rate and Adjustable Rate Mortgage. For those in the US maybe terms like Private Mortgage Insurance-PMI, Discount Points and FHA Loan will be applicable when you are looking for home loan quote.

Mortgage-Mart.com will help you find the very best mortgage that suits your needs and finances. They are a lending referral service which means that they don’t offer you mortgage services but will refer you to mortgage company that will work best for you. The next step for you to do is to apply the mortgage straight with the company referred by Mortgage-Mart.com and hopefully your journey to own your dream house will come through soon enough.

What About Credit Card?

This is a sponsored post*

Personally, if you ask me, I have a lot of bitter sweet memories when it comes to credit cards. It was a truly exhilarating moment when I first got my credit card, it was like now I can own more than what I am entitled to in life..haha!

creditc.jpg

Then it became a nightmare to see a big chunk of my hard earned money went to pay the minimum while I continually used the card for groceries, petrol, dining out and the lists of endless life luxury. The bitter part was when I got credit limit increment. I was torn whether to spend more and suffer later or just ignore the increment altogether. That could only last for few weeks then the shopping spree began. If only I have a stronger will to banish the temptation to shop.

Now I have about 6 credit cards with different credit limit but the same interest rate. Some times I wish I don’t have that many credit cards, but at times when you need to splurge on retail therapy or in need of instant money, those cards are like little blessing from heaven’s bank.

Now I wonder how would my free credit report will look like..huhu!

Advice On Money

When you are broke everything seems to be precious. Those small change that means nothing all these while could make for a day lunch if you count every single cent of it to make a dollar.

It’s a wonder what a mind can think out of the box when the need calls for it.

I found a great article on how a woman survive on very little money, while juggling her single life and going back to college experience. Check it out at Surviving (and thriving) on $12,000 a year.

There is also another useful article on spending, saving and debt here : The best financial advice ever. I am still digesting the second page of the article and trying to check what did I go wrong and hopefully I would able to go back on track of this financial trail.
