Tuesdays With Morrie

I went out to the city a few days ago to run some official errand. Being stranded for many hours at the government office was really a waste of my precious time. It was only worthwhile since I got some alone (but not quiet) time for myself.

Since this was the only haven’t-read-yet books in my collection that is not too thick and possible to be finished within 4 hours, I took it with me to the government office.

So despite the not so serene environment, I managed to read half of the book before some strangers started to strike a conversation with me..haha! Overall, I love Tuesdays With Morrie as much as I love other books written by Mitch Albom.

I love the way he writes and manage to touch the heart of the readers. His words are always easy but meaningful. So for those who want to try some touchy-feely message at heart, try reading Mitch Albom’s writing. I highly recommend it to all of you, especially this Tuesdays With Morrie.

i’m looking forward to read tuesday with morrie..but i have to wait till i get my edu loan to buy the book..i havent read any of albom book yet..but i found it quite in the same genre as salinger’s the catcher in the rye..i love that book so much!

i like reading..but dont always have the chance to read good books..for this semester of my study, i aim to at least buy one book by albom..i read few pages of it the last time i went to mph bookstore and since then i cannot stop wanting the book..

right now i’m reading the butcher boy by patrick mccabe.it’s a nice book.but it’s kind of harsh compare to the catcher in the rye.but both are great books.i like reading these kind of books because no matter how we deny it, there’re times when we actually felt the same way as the characters did, that everything is wrong in this world.i think it’s good to admit we sometimes feel that way.because if we keep deny it, one day it might eat us back.

    Hi Rehan,

You should try reading Albom’s work, hopefully you will like it. I know I do :) His way of writing is simple but very deep in meaning. I have read almost all his books including his latest – For One More Day. Can’t wait for his other new book.
