I tried cooking healthy food for a while about 6 months ago when I hired a personal trainer for my work out regime at the fitness club. Not that I need to lose or gain weight, it’s just that I need to find my strength and stamina back in life. It works fine for a while but then laziness started to crowd itself and I dined out like normal.

Sometimes even though we know that outside food is bad for health but with time constraint we have no choice but to feed ourselves with those unhealthy meals. Constant trips to fast food chains just make whatever effort I put in healthy living flew right out the window.

So now I’m trying to go back right in healthy cooking track and find as many easy recipes for healthy meals as possible. :)

I think this The World’s Healthiest Food site is great. Their garlic shrimp salad just look yummy and the instructions are not that difficult to try.
