Curb Your Spending Habits

I know this is another entry regarding my financial woes. Instead of sulking and just thinking of how bad the situation is going to be, I’ve decided to go pro active about it and find solution.

I’ve read through all that I can on the Internet and found few articles I like to share with the rest of the world. This article about how you can change your spending habits is good. No, I’m not a divorcee but soon I’m going to divorce myself from the marriage of debts..hahaha..

Then check this one out. I think this is a personal page that specifically focused on financial aspect of life. It’s the author’s reflection on spending, saving, investing and living simply.

For those shopaholics out there, read this article. You will need to understand how your shopping trip can help curb it. Quoted from the article, about 15 million people in USA are shopaholics.

“Manhattan psychiatrist Charles Goodstein says excessive shopping can be a sign of depression or bipolar disorder. People will turn to shopping when they are depressed, thinking “the only way out of depression is to buy, buy, buy,” he says, or when they are in the manic phase of their bipolar disorder.”

Huhuhu..I think I’m one of them. Help! I have to start doing something before it gets any worse. :(
