While thinking about buying property locally, I was thinking of acquiring Dubai properties. Of course this idea will only happen if I ever get a job opportunity with exceptional offer. Otherwise it will only be an idea in my head.
I particularly think that this Oxford Court apartment will be adequate for a start. It is located in International City and the best part it is fully furnished. I hate to think of starting over at a new place with nothing in a house. So the idea of getting a fully furnished studio or 1 bedroom apartment is comforting.
I’ve done my research and found out that Dubai is a virtually no income tax city. However their Internet connection are expensive compared to international benchmarks. But I think if my salary there is really good perhaps 200 dirham a month wouldn’t be a burden.
As Dubai is planning to build the world’s biggest shopping mall and is now constructing the world’s tallest structure, the Burj Dubai and not to forget their groundbreaking project- a 30-story, 200 apartment skyscraper that will slowly rotate at its base, making a 360 degree revolution once a week ( I think I’ll pass that one because I will most likely become light-headed with the rotation), it’s time for me to go job hunting for great opportunities in Dubai.
