Shopping For BlackBerry Content?

I’ve heard about BlackBerry but never have the chance to own one. I only have an HP rw6828 Mobile Messenger. Maybe when the exposure and usage of BlackBerry in Malaysia is more intensive I would be able to try one. :)

I came across MobileSoftMarket which offers content for BlackBerry mostly and other platform like Palm, Pocket PC, PSP, SmartPhone and Symbian. However at the moment, the content is still limited to few games, ebooks, productivity and desktop tools , but mostly what they have is collections of wallpapers, from martial arts to beautiful Asian women.

Perhaps when you are on the road, reading the ebook Think and Grow Rich will help you be successful faster, oh but that is only for Palm. Feel free to continue this conversation, click the conversation box below.

Endway-Dodge This

I don’t understand how the game works but I’m willing to give it a try. I register as per instruction and validate the link given in my email. Later when I log in in the Endway website and try to follow the instructions given to players, it keep on saying that I’m not logged in.

However the only comprehensible thing that I’m supposed to do is to point to this URL. So please people help me gain a way, so that I can earn $100 this week. :)

Casino Royale In The Making

 casinoroyale.jpg

After watching the Bond new movie, I decided to at least learn the rule of poker. I never have any idea how the card games work, not the slightest glimpse of the rules of which card will win or lose.

Now that I found PokerDIY, I might have the chance to practise my poker face in front of my monitor, while imagining that I’m playing against Bond. Perhaps next time MI-6 will hire me to replace Bond in his next poker game to save the world against terrorism. :P

To all poker idiots out there, please share my enthusiasm in learning poker by participating in the poker conversation. The royalty fee of USD4 is enough to buy you drinks while you are in the game.

Next Destination: Penang Island

I’m torn between Copthorne Orchid Penang, E&O or The Northam All Suite..especially when HotelReservation offers rebate up to USD100 for all bookings done online. You will be spoiled for choices when you browse all the available hotels and their special Internet rates.

As a person who rarely gets the chance and excess time to travel, I always look for the best choice of accomodation, (mind the budget too) since I like to do shopping while I’m travelling. Thus with the rebate given I might be able to spend more on my shopping spree without concerning much about the high rate the hotel is charging me. :)

pen_east-rooms-1.jpg

I’m still not sure which hotel to choose since all the pictures posted on the website of HotelReservations really look good. Most of the hotels in Penang are situated facing the sea so what is really important whether it has Internet connection in the room or not. Best still if it has wireless access so that I can write my conversation for Creamaid while leisurely resting on the private balcony.

Quoted from the website, for Copthorne Orchid, All 318 of the luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites offer private sea view balconies and are elegantly furnished and equipped to ensure maximum comfort.

As for The Northam All Suite, All Suites Are Equipped With Upmarket Luxury Facilities Such As Jacuzzi Bath.

I think this time I’m going for Eastern & Oriental since it has wireless internet access though fees apply…huhuhu :( I hope the rebate could cover the fees for the Internet access. :P

For those wishing to join me on my Penang trip, click the conversation box below and we could share the USD1 referral fee…hahahah…

Singapore, Here I Come

I have a plan to travel to Singapore in 2007, it’s actually for business purpose. So I found HotelReservations is a very useful site for me to gather info and plan my budget for my stay in Singapore. I like to browse through different options for hotels based on the facilities, type of room, location, the nearest place of attraction, how far it is from the city or the nearest public transport, and the most important criteria is how near it is to shopping area.. :)

Maybe next time I will try vacation rental instead of staying in the hotel based on the price per day stay. To know more feel free to join the conversation below.

Gathering The Fruits of Success

When I decided to quit my job and started my wedding crafts business online about a year ago, I was sceptical on how well my Internet marketing would work. My wedding crafts business started as a home based business and in the beginning only close friends were aware of my business existence. I couldn’t afford to hire any graphics designer so I browse through for free template and soon bungatelur.com were up and running. Though it started as a humble beginning but at least I work something out. Then I started to tell friends about my website and ask them to link their sites to mine.

Over the time, I accepted comments and feedback from people on how to improve my website. I invested certain amount of money to buy better digital camera in order to be able to take better pictures of my hand-made wedding crafts. I visited forums, read through useful materials on the Internet and discussed with friends who understand about Internet marketing. I bought books on marketing, branding, entrepreneurship and tried to implement the concept into my online business.

Now almost a year since I launched my online business marketing, most of the clients never believe that my business is operated from home as they thought that I have a big shop with few helpers. Thanks to the borderless Internet connection, my clients were not restricted to locals only. I had clients from Ireland, UK and another upcoming wedding from Australia. Through the website I was able to advertise ongoing activity such as craft making class and attracted students from all range of people who share the same passion in crafts as I do.

With all these current booming of paid to blog, adsense, creamaid etc, I am thinking to add DIY column, e-zine and crafts related forum to enhance the number of visitors into my business site. At least I can try out the tips in Gather Success which I think very beneficial for Internet marketing strategy.

So for those who wish to walk the same path on the trail of business success, feel free to click the conversation box below and see whether your attempt will be fruitful.

A Road To Travel

I hate to travel during holiday season, especially when the place I’m going to is a place of attraction. Definitely it will be troublesome to find accommodation especially when the reservation has not been made beforehand. But the most annoying part is when I’m not sure how the place will be, as I am an organized traveller, I just can’t simply stay in any unknown lodge, scared to sleep at night, thinking that whoever or whatever is crawling outside while I try to sleep..

I found that luggageonline.com is really useful for a particular traveller like me. They compiles 50 travel sites which I’ve never heard of though mostly the coverage is not in Asia, but who knows in years to come I might become mighty rich through my blog and able to travel worldwide..hahaha

I like to think that as my age still permits me to do adventurous travel I might be able to stay in Unusual Hotels Of The World and see whether the aluminium clad igloos really as hot as they sound and by registering myself on AirTroductions I might be able to sit next to Brad Pitt lookalike on the 12 hours flight.

Oh, the next site for me to read and gather info is One Bag in which I will learn to minimise my luggage so that I dont have to buy extra bags when I’m done with my travel-shopping.

So for those who like to travel, or hate to travel but were forced to, maybe a click in the below conversation box will do you good in the future.

A Blind Keyboard Date

I remember about 10 years ago when Internet chatting and dating revolutionised my world, I tend to spend hours and hundreds of my education loan in cybercafes (that time I dont even have my own PC and Internet connection), meeting strangers online were definitely fun and less risky.

It’s like making the hero in the romantic novels come alive in your mind..hahahha..though 99% of the time, the online dating experience was a very, very opposite to what you imagine he or she would be.

Anyway, now that I’m no longer available, it’s good to know that with the new era of IT advancement there exists site like JustSayHi.Com that offers 100% free online dating options. I’ve tried to register in few online dating sites before but after some times they ask you to pay certain fees and keep bugging you with lots of weird emails and unsuitable choice of dates.

Well, dont get me wrong, I’m not looking for any replacement of spouse, I’m just curious to know what’s really going on in online dating sites nowadays…hahaha..

So to those single and still available souls out there who are interested to carry forward this conversation, kindly click on the conversation box below and see whether you could find your knight in shining armour, or the lady in the white veil anytime soon…

Tokyo Disneyland

tokyodisneylandlogo.gif

My friend who has been staying in Japan for about a year is coming back in February. I’ve been asking her whether she has visited most of the attraction places in Japan, especially Tokyo Disneyland. I know Tokyo Disneyland is old, was first opened in 1983 but who cares, where else in the world you get to find Disneyland apart from France, USA, Hong Kong and Japan. It will be a once in a lifetime experience to be at the park, whether you like the rides or you just simply want to spend one full day with your unlimited pass..and I know it’s expensive..hehe..
While you are the park, do try your hand in the Cinderella’s Castle Mystery Tour - “Can you conquer the evil forces of the Disney Villains in the Castle?” Sadly the whole narration is in Japanese, so make sure you brush up your Nihongo thoroughly or a 8-year old girl will beat you to the villain..hahaha…

tdlcastlemysterytour.gif

I remember my trip there 11 years ago when we did not understand what’s going on in the tour and saw a boy moving forward, taking the sword and kill the devil. Should have paid more attention to my Sensei in the language class. Well, check this site out.

200px-tokyocinderella.jpg

It has useful information about the park. It has good pictures too, at least to jolt my memories about the Toontown, Space Mountain and the Flying Dumbo. It has the lists of nearby hotels to the park. I think last time we stayed in Sun Route Hotel, and do check the actual pass price. If I know it costs that much I would have stayed longer in the park. This is what happen when you were on all-expense-paid trip and you were too young to understand the value of money…huhuhu..

Perhaps if I start to save my daily allowance and keep away from all the unnecessary buying I would be able to save enough money to visit Tokyo Disneyland again for its 25 year opening anniversary in 2008..haha..

GameHouse Games

cakemania_zoomlogo.jpg

Whenever I have free time, I always download the free trial game from GameHouse. Being a person who gets bored easily, I rather like to download the trial games than to spend my bucks on the full version games…unless it was really, really
awesome for me like the Sims2..hahaha..I spent a lot to upgrade my PC in order for me to play the Sims2. All those graphics need a powerful PC to run, and since my previous PC make the Sims stucked in the toilet while peeing I have no choice but to upgrade. But even that won’t last long, after about a week I lost my interest..hahah after I make the Sims pregnant and gave birth to 6 children I just lost the patience to take care of the family.

shopmania_zoom.jpg

I’ve tried Cakemania from GameHouse, check it out. If you have any ambition of building bakery, perhaps this game will help you to see how hectic life as a baker can be..hahaha..but as for me, after a level or two I just dont feel like playing anymore. It became too routine and monotonous for me to carry on, not that the game is not challenging enough. Now I have another game to install, check Shopmania. But I bet even this one could not hold my interest for so long. Thank God I still have a lot of choices from GameHouse. :)
